We are currently looking for:

1. Personal Assistant (part-time)

We are looking for an all-rounder assistant to assist in the day-to-day of the business.

The selected candidate will personally assist the business owner on daily tasks and will get an inside look of what it's like running Poppylab. 

• this role is PART TIME, and is on a project basis from February (immediate hire) up until end April 2025
• jobscope is flexible i.e. 2-4 days a week, depending on availability of candidate and is remote (required: minimum one day a week at Poppylab studio in Bandar Sri Damansara)

• attractive remuneration (to be discussed with candidate on suitable rate)

Responsibilities include:

• administrative support e.g. in updating website, replying to customer queries, creating info sheets for pop-up staff
• operations support i.e. price labeling of stock, packing stock for display, coordinating with pop-up staff (where needed)
• inventory support: updating of inventory on the back end system, counting of stock when needed, quality checks on selected items (when needed)
• other tasks: running errands e.g. send/pickup items from locations and basic jewelry work. Some experience in basic jewelry making would be an added advantage, and other ad-hoc activities if any. 
  

Other information and Requirements:

• this is a part-time role and is on project basis until end of April - individuals who are professional, responsible, hardworking, mature and is willing to learn
• experience is an added advantage
• fresh graduates and students are encouraged to apply

Available for Hire from 7th March - end April

2. Social Media/Content Creator

We are looking for a creative individual to ideate, film and edit engaging videos for Poppylab. This includes:

• explore innovative methods to integrate trending topics into content
• enhance the relevance and reach of Poppylab to clients

Responsibilities:

• This individual must be proficient in creating relevant content with exceptional skills in design, video editing and social media copywriting.
• This individual must be able to create at least 2 - 4 videos of a variety within time frame provided

Other information:

• this is a part-time, remote role
• timing of deliverables will be per-determined later, based on the individual's and campaign schedule
• experience and a portfolio of existing work is required
